Why Is Espial Football Club Different?

Espial Fc is a Club set up to support those players who have a talent and desire to work hard to ensure a future in football. To help them to do this, Espial FC are employing a professional coaches to coach all the children. Not only will all the coaches be safely recruited, e.g Enhanced CRB’s, application forms and suitable references obtained, they will all have the desire to succeed, as they are all employed by coaching business’, who’s reputation depends on success. 2B sports coaching and additional coaches are the ones that Espial use and all come with very high standards.

Espial FC will support the local professional football clubs and hope to work together to bring local talent in to local clubs. However, Espial FC does have the added advantage of being able to call on the relevant people to be able to progress the players in a wider sector of clubs e.g agents who have contact with all the major clubs i.e Manchester United, City, Chelsea, Everton etc. This is very different from local development squads and academies as they are restricted to their own clubs. This means that any player with potential will have many doors opened to them and the club will support them to make the right choice for them.

The concept of a grass roots club working in partnership with a professional sports acedemy has been welcomed by accomplished players. Some people who are endorsing the concept are Kev Davies (ex Chesterfield FC 1994 – 1997), Scott Carson  and Jack Lester ( local legend of Chesterfield FC)

What This Means?

This means that every child has the opportunity to play local football, often with their friends but be guaranteed equal match time as the aim of Espial FC is to develop players and stood on a touch line does not achieve this. This player development will be undertaken by high quality training by experienced coaches.

Mission statement:

“To ensure that every child, with a talent for football, has the opportunity to develop their skills whist being reassured of equal game time. The club commits to providing high quality training to every child by suitably qualified coaches”
